Pokémon Go crashes worldwide sending global gamers into panic

Pokémon Go fans as far as Australia and the US sent messages of despair on social media after the global servers went down.

The app's official Twitter account wrote: "All servers appear to be offline. Hang in there, trainers."

Thousands were expecting to play the game, but have now been disappointed after it froze and stopped them from logging in.
