Portugal were crowned Euro 2016 winners after their dramatic win over hosts France in the capital Paris
Substitute Eder scored the stunning winning goal in extra time to seal a 1-0 victory for Fernando Santos' outfit
It prompted wild scenes of celebration for Cristiano Ronaldo and his team at the Stade de France on Sunday
Ronaldo and team-mates showed off their trophy on the outskirts of Paris on Monday before flying back home
The huge party continued as the team landed back in Lisbon and took part in an open top bus victory tour
Thousands of Portuguese fans turned out to welcome the team home as the nation continued to party
